MANUFACTURING
It takes not only the most up-to-date manufacturing equipment, but also the expertise and determination to produce product that meets today's demanding customer requirements.
CAPABILITY, CAPACITY, AND COMMITMENT
It takes all three to get the job done right the first time, every time. And Argotec has all that, and more!
Argotec's headquarters and manufacturing operations are housed in three separate facilities. They include the following extrusion technologies:
- Blown film
- Flat-die & Cast-on-carrier film
- Extrusion coating
- Multilayer constructions
- Extruded TPU foam, free standing or on a carrier
Each plant contains state-of-the-industry extrusion lines housed in multi-atmospheric clean rooms to ensure the most exceptionally clean film and sheet required for use in your most critical applications.
Not only the driving force in today's TPU film industry, Argotec is the future of urethane film & sheet.
Attention to detail and commitment to product quality is reflected in the Argotec Innovation Center, our new research & development center and test laboratory. Flat-die and blown-film lab lines provide production quality samples during the critical product development process. This capability, combined with rigorous in-process and post-production quality-control testing, assures strict adherence to customer specifications and standards, batch after batch, roll after roll.
